Account and billing help for Mac
Updated 3 August 2026
Start at cnc.iqtz.app/account with the verified email attached to iQuantize. We send a single-use sign-in link instead of storing a password.
Billing details, cards, invoices, and receipts stay with Stripe. The iQuantize account page opens Stripe’s hosted Billing Portal after a fresh sign-in.
The fix, step by step
- Open cnc.iqtz.app/account. Enter the verified email already attached to iQuantize and request a link.
- Check Inbox, Spam, and Junk for mail from support@iqtz.app. The single-use sign-in link is valid for one hour. Do not forward it.
- Sign out first, then request another link if the first expired or was already used. A stale signed-in session hides the request form. Billing and deletion require a fresh link so the action has recent authentication.
- When connecting a Mac, enter the 8-character code shown in that Mac. The email link alone signs in to the website; the code proves that you also control the requesting app.
- If no email arrives, verify the spelling and search for support@iqtz.app. Then contact support without sending the sign-in link or Mac confirmation code.
Cancel your subscription or find invoices
After a fresh sign-in, choose Open Stripe Billing Portal. Use the Portal to update the payment method, Cancel your subscription, and download available invoices or receipts. Stripe shows the effective cancellation date; Pro continues only while Stripe reports an entitled subscription.
Cancellation stops future renewal. It does not delete practice data or the account. Account deletion is a separate irreversible action below.
If a payment failed
Open the Stripe Billing Portal and replace or confirm the payment method. Then return to iQuantize on the Mac and choose Refresh status. A past-due or unpaid subscription does not grant Pro until Stripe confirms that it is entitled again.
If the payment failed again or the updated status does not appear, email support with the verified account email and any Stripe invoice ID. Never send a full card number, bank details, password, sign-in link, or Mac confirmation code.
Make a refund request
Email support@iqtz.app from the verified account email when possible. Include the purchase date, amount, Stripe invoice or receipt ID, and the reason for the refund request — never payment-card details.
Refunds follow applicable consumer law and the payment provider’s rules. Requesting a refund does not itself cancel a renewal, so use the Billing Portal as well if you do not want the subscription to renew.
Replace the verified email
The verified email is the account identifier and cannot be edited on the account page. Do not create a second paid subscription to work around that restriction.
Email support@iqtz.app with the current and requested email addresses and say whether the current inbox is still accessible. Support will explain the verification needed. Do not send sign-in links, confirmation codes, passwords, or payment details.
Delete the whole account
On the Mac, open Settings → About → Delete Account. Request a fresh email sign-in, then use Delete account on the website and confirm the whole-account checkbox. This first cancels non-terminal website subscriptions, then permanently deletes every linked Mac and its synced account data.
If Stripe cancellation fails, deletion stops and leaves the account intact so a subscription is not orphaned. Within seven days after the website reports success, return to every linked Mac and open iQuantize. The app automatically uses the server’s deletion receipt to erase that Mac’s local practice data and create a fresh identity without registering or uploading the old data again. If iQuantize says deletion recovery is pending, use its Retry action; do not choose Delete Account again after the completion message, because the app now has a fresh local identity.
Deletion cannot be undone. Stripe or iQuantize may retain transaction, tax, invoice, refund, dispute, or accounting records where law requires it. If a Mac cannot finish the local deletion within seven days, email privacy@iqtz.app. Do not reconnect sync or create a replacement account while the old local practice data remains.
Practice with feedback that tells you what to fix

Common questions
Why did the account page ask me to sign in again?
Billing, sign-out-all, and deletion require a recent email authentication. Sign out first, request and open a fresh link, then repeat the action.
Does cancelling delete my practice data?
No. Cancellation stops renewal but keeps the account and practice data. Use the separate whole-account deletion flow only when you want the data removed.
Can support ask for my sign-in link or card details?
No. Never send a sign-in link, 8-character Mac code, full card number, bank details, or password. An account email and Stripe invoice or receipt ID are enough to start a billing investigation.
